For both ends of plastic tubes I made a metallic end (tubes). One is heading in carburater and next end is heading on ribs of cylinder. It draws mix of air - cold and hot. But the carb will be never icing. Its mine as cheaper solution as heating carbs are...- You can buy new grommets, you will probably have to open...rpose they serve is prevent water from going in the carbs. I had smaller cracks on my o...led them because I didn't want to mess with the carbs...I just used electric tape.....

- Style points! This one does look better. I've heard some people that use the motorcycle 12volt heating clothing have some power draw and reliability issues. I'd rather avoid that all together and go this route. Price is about the same but you would need to remember to charge it before flights.
