October. Check! Thanks to all involved, for organizing!- I balanced the wheels for smooth take off. I used the motorcycle wheel balancer from Harbor Freight Tools. It works great. No more break on take off !!
- Great decision. It provides a permanent dry space for tools, your wing, helmets and the like. Get yourself a 14" ID PVC pipe to hang off the side wall for your wing storage. Gets it out of the way. ;-)
- Major FUN about to be exported from France to YFT. They look fantastic wefly. Tools are spread out on Hangar floor awaiting assembly.
- Now that my friend is some very important information! I shall make a note of it for sure :) I have the tools to do it myself but if it gets tricky I'll break down and hand it over to the tire guys. Sometimes it's just not worth it to beat yourself up over 5 or 10 bucks per tire.
- Great choice, you won't regret it. We got the 20 foot version and it accomodates both the wife's ATF and my Belite with room left for all the spare parts, tools and a couiple of small scoote...
- The ones I'm building are similar. Instead they slide over the base tube an...dles. Much like yours but I want to be able to adjust in flight with no tools.
- I just replaced rear tires on mine. Took them to a tire shop that had the proper tools - made the job much easier. You can find the tires cheaper at a local tire shop than the aircraft shops sell them for as well (by about 50%). Turns out lots of golf carts use exactly the same tires
