To many to list.
Hey YFT, I'm so sorry to hear about this tragic accident. Any idea what went wrong? You know, after watching and reading many of the posts on TrikePilot forum, I was honestly blown away by the lack of pilots trained on Spiral Dive recovery. It left me wondering how many of these accidents are attributed to unintended spiral dives. My condolences to the families involved. I will certainly keep them in my prayers.
Just logged on to see this tragic news. A very sad loss. Had the pleasure of meeting Steve (aka Bumblebee) on the last megafauna. A true character who along with Michelle will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with there families and loved ones.

hi Ken, No AC are not doing Carbon fiber any more. The finish is really good now. I was good to order a orange one but Anne said Black would look better. We still have 25 students and there are two more starting next week.
Hi all, we are every busy training over here, and we have just ordered four more Tanarg's. I have ordered a black one for myself. We have lots of student and two more just received there Licences. I will post photos later.
Hi YFT, Its great that your international flying school!
Toucan Roy and his wife spent last weekend with me.
Hello YFT. I mentioned Lukla airport in Nepal from my last message. Am sure you have heard about it. Tuksi most certainly would have.I cut out some footage of a longer movie I made a couple of years ago. Posted it here on youtube.
Hello YFT. Please pass on a big Namaste to Tuksi. Tell him after training with YFT, he will be good enough to fly to Lukla!
Three new students take to the skies...
Time to take to the air for the new student at YFT. Tuksi from Nepal, Ian from Melbourne, and Don from America, all started flying last week. The weather has not been to good but the three student pilots have done really well. Most of there theory is complete and they are starting to fly Circuits in good and bad conditions. Don and Ian flew to Corowa yesterday under a very unstable air mass. The flight was up and down all the way there and back but the two pilot did really well. Even with the cross wind landing at the end of it.
hi yft I hear things are getting pretty hot and dry there in Melbourne. I truly wish that I could send you some of the snow falling here right now. we have had about three feet and 2 more expected in the next day and iam waiting for snow plow parts ?flying is out of the question as we have been getting down well below 0/ deg F.
Hey how about doing a monty python themed trike video. I would love to see that you do it so well and you have a real actor hedge in your mist. And it would be fun. iam sure you and hedge and the tucans can come up with something. I miss youre wonderfull humar.
Hi Everyone, Hope you all have a great Christmas and don't foreget to post your photos of your last flight of 2014 or your first flight of 2015. All the best
from YFT and the crew in Aussie land
To admin, I am having a hard time trying to up load photos. As you can see post work ok but when I try to upload photos I get to the last step before naming the photo, but they will not connect and the site times out. Help?
Aussie Wander finishes Nav training...
Aussie Wander completes his last solo Nav this morning. Peter organised his flight plan on Saturday for a flight to Wahring Field YWHD near Nagambie. The Nav would take Peter into an unfarmiluar area. This was a good Nav flight for him. The weather was good to start with. The wind was 25kts from the North East, gave him a good tailwind to get to YWHG. However a front was approaching and the flight back to Yarrawonga was a slow one, with lots of bumps on the way into the aerodrome. Well done Peter.
I do have photos but I have been unable to upload them.
big howdy yft tell james and trevor a big congratulations for me. wheres hedgeview been havnt heard from him in a while? dude is there anyone you cant teach to fly a trike.
Toucan fly at YFT.
A Trike on a trailer arrived late one night, and was parked outside YFT. Whose Trike was it? It wasn't until the next morning that we realised it was the Toucan brothers. They had decided to pay us a visit and use YFT as a base for a few days. A flight to Porepunkah was a highlight for them, along with the usual local flights and hangar humour. Lawrie's shiny new green Tanarg was found to have acquired a new friend...a green frog ("Kermit"?) had been attached to the front mast! The Toucan's had struck again! After a few enjoyable days with the boys they had to return, as, to the dismay of a recently retired Toucan brother, the other hadn't quite managed to retire yet...
From last English lesson a teacher asked:
"who knows what is hay?"
Me: "May I to repair this question?
WHERE IN HELL IS HAY?"
...and I had to explain it... :)
Hay, XC when are you going to put some photos of the new storage bags you had Dianne make for you. I would like to see how they look on your Tanarg. I have seen them on mine.
I'm side-stepping the content debate...but want to give good feedback on this forum's interface, searchabilty and page tabs. Other forums/functions also get blocked by filters for some reason.
The Yahoo trike forum was king until the Yahoo's at Yahoo messed it up. It's packed with a wealth of knowledge...shame to lose it all.
I tought about trying to compile it...which would be extremely painful.
