Now forming group to enroll in 16 hour course. To be offered somewhere in the U.S. Southwest (Calif, Arizona, New Mexico, or Nevada) depending on participants. If we get approximately 15 participants interested in any particular area, then Neil Bungard will travel to us to give the course. Vegas !!?? Maybe we can schedule with the long awaited electric Trike Fly-in !!?? If we can't get 15 ish people interested, the course will be held in Tucson. Please use the RSVP button below to sign up as "Interested." Don't be a shy lurker, mark as "interested" it doesn't hurt if it turns out you cna't attend, but it helps us figure out things. Once we get enough people interested, we'll talk about location and dates. Until then, I've set the date for this event imaginarily on 1/1/2016 (just so it won't expire on us while we're forming up). I'll edit the date when we decide on one

I had promised my partner I wouldn't be out of town anymore until next year....This sounds like a good excuse to plan my next adventure! My BB trike was annualed by the previous owner who had his LSRM but I don't have any log books and have had to apply for a replacement AW Certificate. I've got to figure out where my "additional funds" will materialize from but it would be fun to get it done with some old and new friends "out West" in the Tuscon or Las Vegas area. I'd probably need to figure some cheap lodging and transportation expenses into the budget besides the airfare from Raleigh, NC so suggestions for planning will be appreciated.
So put me down as a "hopefully /interested" attendee!

I just purchased my tickets from Baltimore to Las Vegas on Southwest airlines for $270 round trip. Best price I could find and not bad considering. Once we settle in on a training center I'll start stalking my hotel prices. Hope to see you there!

Ok, But do we have a comitment? I will be getting work calls for that weekend as soon as the Hollidays are over. In fact I've already turned down a gig. I'm happy to say "I'm busy" to offers that come my way for something this important to me. But if doesn't happen, I'll miss out on the income that could pay for the class and expenses. Some of you can aford to say whenever... but every job I turn down as a Designer is a lost contact for future work. The entertainment industry is very fickle. There are 9 of us....Yes or no?
There are 10 of us actually Doug. I spoke with Ken a few days ago, and he's working on getting Neil to nail down a location. He said he would post something here as soon as he had information. Hopefully we'll hear something this coming week.
Thanks Leo, I'm just jumpy.... I'm greatful to all for organizing it. I'm surprised that Neil isn't collecting deposits yet. But who knows I may get an offer on a gig anyway.

OK Guys - looks like this is shaping up to be in Boulder City - I have sent Air Creation USA the contact info for those that have indicated they are interested. Time to get on board - we have to have 10 to make it go - and I know at least one of the "confirmed" 10 said they cannot make it.

No I'm not in charge of the business, just trying to get them to bring the course up here. I do need a couple of volunteer trikes to undergo inspeciton by amateurs though...
I can still attend. Should you promote this on the "other" online forum to maybe catch a few more people? Time is getting tight for people to make plans.
I'm still in. Flying in from Maryland though so my trike is not an option.

Good news Ken, I look forward to hearing from them. Any recommendations for accommodations? Warmer weather and I would camp in my van but.....I've spent enough cold nights in the desert without heat:-)
