~ 166 Airports, Fields, or off road (4 Countries- hopefully more soon :)
If you put all your airports/off airports on SkyVector, you can make a cool map of the places you've been. These are mine:
In North American Continent (US, Mex, Canada, Hawaii)
In AUSTRALIA (MegaFauna 2014, etc)
ALL (get's a little crowded in this view)
V-12's are the perfectly balanced engine.
I'd like two of these light little guys on a soaring trike!
Kinda looks like this one is run on compressed gas. Now where could a guy get a source of compressed gas while flying ...? Methane maybe? .... Maybe one of our wives knows of a seemingly endless source of methane?
Well, as long as we're sharing engine vids:
I couldn't find the giant engine video that Dale sent me, but I found these:

To get methane, perhaps flying over the landfills or sewer plants. Just kidding!
Thanks for sharing this video with us XC Triker...I thought it was brilliant. 1220 hours of work and all of the tiny hand made pieces brought together into a little flawlessly working V-12 motor is just EXTREMELY rare and the product of real genius. WOW! But I don't think you could interest him in making another one for your 'soaring' trike application anytime soon.
It is a brilliant feat of engineering.. Clearly overqualified for making any aero engine !!!! As for the source of Methane.. Plenty of that thanks but difficulty in finding a suitable adaptor for necessary pipe !!
AMAZING... and not a Japanese or Chinese finger in sight what a talent, thanks for sharing :)
