Any pilots more familiar with Havasu weather know what to make of this? Weather Channel calls winds from the N at 11 on Friday and through the weekend for Havasu http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/Lake+Havas...- Have to say I really like the concept.... are there any significant issues with gykes? Anne, Oh yes, cant wait for tomorrow - will be flying the whole day - clear weather for a change - we have had very cold wet and windy weather lately. Had to sort out the comms and radio, but all are working fine now, so I can now concentrate on enjoying the new flying experience!- Oooh, check out THESE mammata clouds!!! ( I remember the name because they kind of look like Boobs hanging down- Mammata <-> Mammary!!
