Trim with forward and backward authority
Upgraded the trim on my Northwing GT5 to work in both directions. Great support from Larry Mednick and Kamron @ Northwing. Thanks to Leo and Henry for the help making the alteration.

That is really cool Ken. I'm hoping that I can get my hang bracket done with the mod you guys fitted. That is a great setup. Looking forward to hearing about how it flys. Don't expect it will be any huge leap but it's always good to have an experienced test pilot. :)
Had it out for a bit today, really nice handling throughout the speed range. Cruises easily at 60 on the slow setting, minimum controllable feels like about 50. Getting a 9:1 glide ratio at idle. Stall is 42 mph. Higher speed cruises in the upper 70s and a little bar in will take it to VNE easily.

Sounds great Ken, thanks for the flight report. I'll be hitting Kamron up for the mod this summer. I don't have electric trim but I need more spread in my downtubes. Sweet mod!!
