I wish I flew more than what I use to. In my first year, I lived just 4 miles from the hangar I put about 80 hours on my trike and the subsequent years, due to work and the very fact that my hangar now is 60 miles away, I have not flown it as much.Comment on "Call to Action. My 2 cents Paul, but I would change the minimums for this maneuver to 1500 agl. You're right that it should be done at 2000, but if you state 1000, and someone decided to do it at 1200, their within the PTS. ...r the bottom of its shelf (South - over open water). As you point out, flying under the bottom of the shelf would put you at least 4 miles out below 1500' which is not a good engin...
