By the way that was the new Tanarg Citation... Hedgeview and I were at the controls. The wind for most of those landing was between 45 & 90 degrees to the runway. Even the baby Citation was crabing in.
Thanks Jozinko! Yes the every direction runway is really great. Never have to do a crosswind landing unless you want to. And good for practice because you can continue to increase the crosswind to your comfort.
Yes it is a bit, but at $200 per month hangar fees, $20 landing fees and $60 petrol every time I use the 'real' local airport the tedium soon evaporates!!
This isnt a wind... :) And for second from this side the airfield is located diagonally upward, then is possible landing there for a stronger tail wind.

Several commenters on YouTube were faulting him for a downwind landing attempt. Gliders cant t...the line. So, the comments about being an "idiot" for landing downwind, and NEVER land down...
