Hi Sally, this hanger was custom built for me by a local greenhouse manufacturer. It uses Canvacon as the covering which is good for 10 years plus. The roll up mechanism is also used on hot houses and piggery shelters. Aprrox cost in Aus$ was $3500. I did the assembly which took a couple of days as there was a lot of ladder work involved.

Hi Av8or, The hangar looks great. That will keep the sheep out.

This will not work for me.   The location is at the dry lake where it is very dry and usually windy sometimes.   Just need steel hangar.

I use a hi cube container - wing fits without touching on a frame I made diagonally and trike in behind.

Hi bee52, that is certainly a rugged option however removing the wing each time rather than just rolling through into the hangar seems a bit tedious.

Yes it is a bit, but at $200 per month hangar fees, $20 landing fees and $60 petrol every time I use the 'real' local airport the tedium soon evaporates!!

And with a light airborne wing on a 582, it pops down in no time!!
