If we flew close formation, then leader was first and other pilots was on his sides and above. For my opinion the pilots above can better and faster to reaction on leaders flight. Because they are seeing down on leaders wing and he seeing him for all time. Not look above, where his own wing can blocked line of sight in turbulent weather. What is your opinion, Peter?
