Toe crack in the HAZ. Looks like a LVSC-GMAW weld. I’d prefer a GTAW weld, with better HAZ properties. It’s repairable… consider a GTAW repair/complete re-weld. It could be a rough GTAW weld with undercut, but can’t tell from the photo.- That doesn't look like a weld crack. That looks like where the two tubes butt together has fatigued and broken - but not the actual weld. Please confirm?
