    There is no HP requirement for part 103. The main advantage of part 103 is that there is absolutely no requirement for flight training or the need to have any aeronauticle knowledge at all. :-)

    That's a beautiful photo!  Whoever took it seems really close-- or is that done with zoom lens? What views do you take with the GoPro on the training bar?   Is it looking sideview out?  Or toward the pilot / dash?  Or back toward the passenger?

    I'm so sad about bad news of Rebel Wallace.  He was so great instructor and pilot.  I had 20 hours certified training with him at Lake Havasu in May 2012.   My condelences goes to his wife and family.

    This Quik R is now at YFT waiting for the rego to be transferred, and then Aussie quikr will be training in it. We set the aircraft up today and started the engine. The Condition Report will go into the regulator tomorrow and this beast should be flying soon. Nice purchase Aussie quikr.
