    I had a Garmin Aera 500 series and it was a really good GPS. Lately I use my iPad mini and the WingX Pro navigation app. Way more versatile/ and easier to always have the current, but in the end they both got the job done nicely.

    I had and Aera 500 and it was a great GPS - they also offer versions with weather updates etc. Now I'm running an iPad mini with Xwing Pro and it is also splendid. Same app runs on my iPhone

    Thanks Rick, it appears to be something to do with Apple! Most of the vids on here appear to have disappeared when I access via an IPad but I can watch everything on my laptop? Microsoft 1 - Apple 0 !

    CrayonBox, you should have been able to identify the shadow of the mystery bird as a......... DTA ......the photoship!  The quality of these two pics are not good as they were uploaded straight from my iPad in small size. Glad that you enjoy them though!

    White Eagle, I can't see video on A/T either. I thought it was just me. Using an iPad. If you come up a cure, let me know. Thanks. BTW: Talked to Kamron today. For the Chelan fly-in, he's recommending late August, early September because the weather is historically much better for flying then.

    But now I'll have to leave my lounge chair ( iPad compatible) near the fire, (it's winter down here) and move into the cold office ( thats where my wife works when shes not in the kitchen or the laundry) where the p.c is so I can do all that mouse clicking and dragging you speak of :-(

    I too would love to see this video on my iPad. Sometimes I can google or Youtube search the poster or title to enjoy the video, but mostly just move on, frustrated and determined to make my own video and see it live. ;-)
