Ouch! There goes the neighborhood! Now you're ready to fly Elk River with that prop. lol I have two props, one for ER and the other for hard surfaces (and I'm still picking up stones). Reform the brass edge with a pliers (you'll hear fibers crunching underneath it) and epoxy the form back. Then evaluate vibration (which I suspect won't be noticeable). A few more of those and you'll justify buying a new prop.
