Be careful where you fly .... and be careful what you film
After months of wrangling in court, Natrona County School District trustee Kevin Christopherson, 53, said he pleaded no contest on May 20 to charges that he harassed a large heard of elk in 2014 in Converse County.
Christopherson received one year of unsupervised probation and a one-year suspended jail sentence in Natrona County Circuit Court. He will also pay a $1,500 fine and lose his hunting privileges for a year, according to a Wyoming Game and Fish Department press release.
The sentence comes after Christopherson filmed a large herd of elk .......

Lucky he got probation instead of the $10,000 fine. Wow. anyone got a clear definition of "harassment?"
Ken, I saw this video about a year ago on Youtube. At the time, I was going to post it on TrikePilot.....I don't think I was a member here yet.
I refrained from posting this video because it had trouble written all over it. The comment section on Youtube was blowing up with hateful comments, and I remember thinking, Oh man, this guy is gonna get in trouble.
Sure enough.

I just watched the clip on youtube. One guy left his comment there.
"Busted his butt - he edited the part where he ran these animals into a barb-wire fence...".
If that is true, that could be considered as "harassment" by Fish and Game.
He must have Henry because the original video was like 6-7 minutes long.
