Flight Over Zion
An early morning flight over and around Zion National Park in Utah. Spectacular landscapes! This video does not do justice to the majesty of this area. And this is not far from our new backyard. I can't believe we live here now! We thought we would fly "Henry Style", near the stratosphere instead of a couple of feet off of the ground. :) Not to mention keeping the park rangers happy. I haven't been here long enough to have the law tracking me down like a dirty dawg.

Beautiful, Rick! I spent some time in that area during a hang gliding/mountain biking/rock climbing trip in the early nineties, and watching your video brought back some (distant!) memories. Stunning flying, beautifully filmed. You have an awesome back yard. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Joz, that was a track that was used to test ejection seats many years ago. A 2 mile track where they would shoot the seats off the end of the mesa. Would not want to have been a monkey back then. :)

Rick, joz,ken. This is just awefull. Ive turned something off on my smart phone . I cant see jozinkos or ricks or any videos. Iam so phone computer illiterate. I think iam having a meltdown. Nothing worse than reading about vids i cant see.

Holy Mackerel, that was great Rick. Some day I would like to fly both Zion and Bryce. Yes that is some classic David Gilmour. WE I too am having issues with video display on AT.
