I think Jozinko would like a similar movie / Oz orientation tour-- but of the beaches and the history of the Bikini (named after Bikini Atol which was very "Hot" at the time after it went nuclear...)

I've just finished the book 'Helmet for my Pillow' and am in the middle of 'With the Old Breed' - both American soldiers accounts of the intense battles from Guadalcanal to Okinawa. So your tour resonates very strongly with my current studies. Thanks for posting this piece of history.
