The bell tower on the right is the sound that brings them running. If you hesitate just a few minutes you miss out on breakfast... oh yea, and not breakfast until after flying!
It wasn’t too bad initially. We headed towards Jicarilla Airport and the north/south valley that ends near Albuquerque starts there. I had the corset all the way in and was doing 65-70 mph ground speed.

The dew point was getting close as I landed and I radioed to the tower where the edge of the clouds were and that it looked like instead of the fog bank just advancing in, it would instead just white out suddenly-- which it did shortly after.
...eared around 4pm. We pulled our trikes out of the hangar before it closed at 5pm, and took off about 45 min later. We followed the road towards Wolf Creek Pass.
