- From Wikipedia The Iron Cross was a military decoration in the Kingdom of Prussia, and later in the German Empire (1870–1918) and Nazi Germany (1939–1945). So technically, the top right design is from the Prussian army. :)
- Hay Noel, you got some great shots of Snowbird 3 & 4. I see Tanarg One in the background. Did you drop a live stick of one? The two Snowbird's That's there callsign. They are CASA 212 aircraft and they were doing military parachute drops.
- Hahahha, when I flew with him, my cam get out the battery... then I made the mix :) yes, I would be a bakery staf and putting sugar on cakes :) I use other Olympus camera with a big zoom. This airport was a military before. They are trained the jet pilots there.

Wahoo. I am on the way to Victoria for the third year in a row! Sad to miss the megafauna though. Thanks for the hospitality mate. You know who you are. Can't wait. Flights are booked. Anyone else planning to go to the 100 years Australian Military airshow?- Hey Ed, we were just talking about that HERE. Nasty! Some spectators almost got a very short haircut and the female military pilot probably got her hair cut too.
