It was a tad bit chilly and just a little too windy here in Illinois, but I did manage to log the first hour of flying this year. Can't think of a better way to bring in the New Year!

We got up early, leaving our tents and camping gear at the Mineral Canyon Airstrip and headed upstream along the Green River in lightly loaded trikes. This is Bow Knot Bend. WOW.
