George and I flew around the hot air balloons at Lake Havasu. This is the 6th Havasu Balloon Festival. Hundreds of beautiful balloons launched from the island in the morning and evening.

I did this landing a couple years ago. Filmed by Henry flying behind. A LARGE jet had just taken off preceding, so the protocol would be to touch down before he developed lift (his takeoff point) ... so I decided to see just how short I could land it.
and yes, it is repeatable. ;)
A "snow shovel" greeting card, created at our flying field in central IL the day after our first snow . Due to low ceilings and very wet snow, the images were created using a quad copter rather the the trike as in past years. Happy Holidays!
