Paul and I took a long 5.1 hour flight over the Jemez Mountains on July 13, 2017. We had perfect calm winds for the flight and on the way to Jemez we made a pass over the "Vents". These are some amazing travertine springs near the Jemez Caldera....

Here is Day 3 of my Arizona Flying Adventure. A short hop to the Grand Gulch Mine and Airstrip, followed by an ATV tour to the rim of the Grand Canyon.
In the Rio Puerco Valley between Mt Taylor and Albuquerque, NM is a chain of volcanic plugs. On this trip I took my wingtip mounted GoPro Fusion over the tops of Cerro Nuesta Senora, Cerro de Jacobo, Cerro Santa Rosa, Cerro Chato and Cerro Vacio....
