A very happy day at YFT - Peter & Anne's new Tanarg 912s (100hp) is assembled and prepared for the QCS inspections in Australia. A sexy trike oozing lots of yellow, carbon fibre, and style with aroma's of just built..such a pity Peter has no sense of smell!

Has a great rear end too! Congrats guys.
how much assembly was required?
Did it come batteries included? Haha.
Thanks Chris... The world now knows I have no sense of smell, but I have the last laugh, for I save heaps on deodorant and I don't have to buy Anne any perfume either!...
The procedure is relatively simple, without the oos & aarrhs..about 3 to 4 hours for the undercarriage assembly, another 2 hrs to get the base airworthy.
My humble apology Peter.. but the smell of a new Tanarg is just awesome!
Very Nice, ordering one next week :) Peter I expect you had the Cheshire Cat expression for most of the day, who wouldn't! I quickly saved the photo to my downloads for closer inspection later and I bet I'm not alone in doing that either :)
I'm interested to know is the carbon fibre real or paint effect and to what extent is AC happy to do custom paint? Also very interested to know about your cockpit set up and perhaps why you chose certain tools.
Many congratulations on your new addition.
Air Creation is happy to do custom paint as long as you're happy to pay them. I had my Tanarg painted a reddish orange that came out very well. Not sure on the carbon fiber - I think that there is an option ("sport package" or something) that is supposed to include carbon fiber fairings...
