I was fortunate to happen to be in Holland last week for the Tulip festivals and displays. All I know about flowers is when I tell the florist…100 bucks…you choose em’.
The beauty and diversity is beyond description. If I would have known about it beforehand, I would have put it on my bucket list. And I've lived here before…but not during tulip season.
Wow........ flowers are expensive in Europe! You must love your girl very much!
I live in Houston...just working in Holland. You saying I might be spoiling my wife? Us guys, we've got stick together on this sort of thing. It's a slippery slope and no telling where it may lead if we go and start pushing the envelope, raising the par, and setting precedent;-)
Very nice pic Christopher. Cburg, When I was 7-8 years old, my dad took us (family) to the Tulip festival in Holland. And even though I was 7-8 year old, more than the flowers I thought the women were really pretty in Holland (because most of them had good heights & back then my standard of female beauty was the height....LOL). And I had promised myself that I was going to marry one of these girls when I was older :) That never happened...but I did end up marrying someone exactly my height (approx. 6 ft)
