Jeff Trike's picture, and the SkyVector maps people have made gave me an idea!!!
I know the great spots to fly in my area-- what to see, what to avoid. You know the great spots in your area.
Why don't we share them here?
That way, I can see where to fly in your area if I come to visit. Or we can just virtually share each other's favorite flights and pics from around the world.
Or, if I was on a long XV (Nav) trip, crossing over several people's local spots, I could use there maps of the great things to fly over locally to link up into my longer flight plan!!
This only works well if people share (don't come on here wondering why there isn't tons of maps, if you yourself haven't shared!!-- eh?)
Obviously, you can also put your favorite flights you've made elsewhere too.
Let's try posting them in the photos section. Albums should be for Country only (ie Australia, or US)- (don't make a separate album just for your single photo of a flight in midsouthwestern downtown Kansas)- upload your Screenshot photo of the route, then you can add actual place photos inline with the comments (as a file). Make the title of your post/photo organizable- Like "California- Central Coast Flight- Pismo, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Big Sur"
Need to know how to make a SkyVector map? It's VERY easy, and a skill you should have anyway. See HERE or HERE

I'm going to try and fly up to Hearst Castle / Big Sur with a friend- have to wait for fog to burn off the coast. (Top of this map of local stuff I posted-- about 60+ miles one way)
Am going to go up inland to Paso Robles (avoid fog) then as the Northwind comes up have it push us home on the coast
Maybe I'll get some video-- so much work to edit video--- Big Kudos to those who do for us
