Pretty good writeup with video - see bottom of page on going around in STOL/Back coutry situations. 4 Types of maneuvers are described for common situations. Put yourself in a trike instead of a fixed wing and see if this help you. Trikes are even mentioned here!!

    Ken, read the whole article and watched the video.  Excellent tips and advice and very insightful. I would imagine back country pilots really need to practice these skills and very careful decision making.  One can certainly learn a few things that are very applicable to off field trike flying.  thanks for sharing.
