Ah FINALLY!!! The video we've been waiting for of these amazing formation flights!!! Now I see why the title is "YFT Head to Head" (~2:45, 5:40) (Don't try this at home kids)

The "real formation" didn't start didn't start until AFTER the battery ran out, but we didn't realise that at the time! ...and the GO-PRO really doesn't show how close the flying was, as usual. We all commented that that sequence will have to be repeated with (a) a fully charged battery, and (b) sun on the Canola paddocks (the yellow ones). Thanks Hedgeview, it was fun.
Hi Faye (@aut.fait), ask YFT how he watches video. Watching video on an iPad/iPhone is sometimes difficult because of a fight Apple had with Adobe systems (makers of Flash)-- Apple refused to support it for iPad / iPhone, they wanted to force the market to use HTML 4 (they do support Flash on their laptops/desktop computers). That's for the entire web, not just AllTrikes-- way above our pay grade getting into the fight between those giants- they specifically / purposefully made it so that they wouldn't work together-- Nice of them huh!! Each trying to force their proprietary way...
David Coy was having trouble on his smartphone (due to problems watching Vimeo videos on an Android phone (guess what, Android OS is owned by Google, Google owns YouTube, hm, wonder why Vimeo doesn't play so well on machines running Android OS ? ). This is a Vimeo video-- not YouTube. Both play well on my Mac laptop, in fact, I kinda like Vimeo better.
XCTriker was having trouble tonight only with vid, because he lives in a rural section of Calif Coast (is there such a thing ;), and his connection was just acting too slow today.
@au.fait This is due to it being a Vimeo posting. Youtube videos are usually visible on iPad. If anyone has problems seeing a video, watch the video direct at YouTube or Vimeo (follow these simple steps):
Determine if the video is Youtube or Vimeo (if you can't tell, take a guess, 70% Youtube, 30% Vimeo. If you are on an iPad and the space where the video is supposed to be is completely blank-- it's Vimeo)
Copy the title of the video you want to see, eg "YFT HEAD to Head"
Go to Vimeo.COM or Youtube.COM or use the YouTube Ap (download) for iPad / iPhone
Use the search box on Vimeo o r YouTube and enter the video title (eg, "YFT HEAD to Head")
Voila-- usually it's right there ;) Watch it, come back here and comment.
These steps work on either a computer or a tablet/phone-- but are more often necessary on the latter.
Video posters: Try also adding the video link to the comments section below your video, then tablet users will know where to go if they have problems
