- The descent from Pagosa Peak was a blast. I tightened the corset on my Nuvix Wing all the way pulled in on the bar, reaching 90mph and descending from 13,999 ft to 9000 ft in 6 minutes.
- Far below, on the southern base of Pagosa Peak I saw two impressive waterfalls. I wish I had spiraled down to get a closer look at them, but I wanted to make my ritual pass over the summit of Pagosa Peak as I have done for many years in a row.
