Hey guys (including Tussock), I'll try and show you more around SkyVector.com tonight.
But just give it a try. Right click on any point, if there's an aircraft point of interest there, it will ask if you want to add that to your waypoint list, if nothing there (in it's list, and I suspect that Karad airport is not in it's global list yet (they only just went global <12 months ago, many Oz airports are there now, but not all)) then it will ask if you want to select the GPS coordinate there for a waypoint. click on that and it's in your list.
The easiest way to put a bunch of points in is to select to distant points and it will draw a line between them. Then just "drag and drop" on the pink line (dragging it out like a rubber band) and where you drop it, it will form a new point.
Ok, so I looked at Google Maps, and the rivers N/E of Karad city, and the main road, and etc, and I dragged the point on skyvector HERE based on that (I think that's a pretty good guess, within a mile or two). That's all you have to do when the airport or point isn't in SkyVector's database.

It was only just over a year ago that SKyVector went worldwide:
Sorry XC Triker, I've just seen this. I fly out of Rangiora Airfield, a grass field at S 14 23 74 E 172 32 30. I'm struggling with SkyVector on this iPad (work supplied, so I can't complain), and Rangiora doesn't seem to feature, but I'll have a serious go tonight. Westport was a good guess and that far away in a straight line, but a major alpine flight is involved to get there... There's maybe a dozen days a year when it's possible.

SkyVector launches world FBO directory
Send SkyVector an email and tell them you'd like Karad Airport (VA1M ) in their database.
Tussock, where are you on the map? I just added NZWS (WestPort Airport in New Zealand as a rough estimate):
