Very nice photo-- that was from a trike? Can you fly 1/2 hour after sunset (in twilight?) Hey, have you ever double sunsetted?! Yeah, you fly along at one altitude and watch the sun set (especially if behind a mountain), then you climb hard and watch the sun set AGAIN!!!! :) (I invented that-- small royalty to me for using it- enjoy :)
Hi XC, Yes this was taken from from the Trike. We were conducting a low pass over the Lake. Yes this was a double sunset. We then climbed to 3000 feet and watched the sun go down again. At this time of year we have nearly another hour of light before last Light. As you know we must be down within ten minutes of Last light.
