AUSSIE REVO MEETS AUSSIE TANARG

By Hedgeview

Queens Birthday weekend saw surprisingly little activity at Latrobe Airport, however that did not stop Bill Pilgrim from journeying the 70 nm from his home strip at the foot of the Victoruian Alps in his magnificent Revo.  Sue, Bill's wife drove with the luggage, in case bad weather stopped him getting back to milk the cows on the Monday.  Pauline and I fired up the Tanarg and joined Bill and Sue for a scenic flight around the Latrobe Valley.  Bill then offered me a flight from the front seat of his spectacular Mat Black machine.  The Fuel injected engine leapt form the ground and zoomed to circut height in no time at all.  Roll pressures were smooth and little effort needed for the bank and turn, compared to the Bionix 13 which does require a little more force to maneuver.  A great morning of flying followed by a great lunch at one of our nearby wineries.  An awesome meeting of two spectacular trikes .

So Hedgeview, does this mean you have relocated to sunny LTV

I hope you did the honorable thing and fly to Bills to give him a hand with milking the cows on Monday morning......after all he did give you a fly in his trike.
It sounded like the perfect social triking event....flying then lunch.

Noel, the weather was too shizen to come home on Monday, but I managed to trick Hedgeview and another shady character from YWSL, into flying home with me last Saturday. When I suggested they stay and help with milking this is what happened:

    HaHa...Nice one Bill,
You just cant get good help these days. I have my trike at Yarrawonga but do hope to come down to La Trobe at some stage to do some flying around the district there. Your place is certainly on the agenda at some point (assuming there is an invite that is).
I would be happy to try my hand at some cow milking.
