Swartberg Snow - Mountain Flying - August 2014

We have 3 mountain ranges to the north of us - Outeniqua, Kammanassie ,and the mighty Swartberg Mountains. When we have extreme cold and snow the Swartberg is usually the first to be covered in a white top. We have just had 2 days of rain and snow inland so I had to go for a flight to photograph the beautiful mountain. The flight took me over all three mountain ranges at 7 500 ft ASL and about 100 km inland. Enjoy the ride with me. Also see the video that I posted on All Trikes.

Hi Christopher, Another great set of photos. Last night it was so cold that we had a light dusting of snow on the hills. I was really cold last night as well.
