Independent trike dollies. I bolt two Shepard 12" 3-wheel dollies together. Works great for side-loading trikes in the hanger.
video isnt loading. Would like to see it though. Sounds like an excellent way to store them and use space

But I think the wheels/castor need to be bigger. These won't handle the bumps so well. Depends on you ground surface i guess.

Yes, these are for concrete only. I like the small wheels because they allow a quick direction change on concrete and are easier to maneuver.
On grass or gravel you need this:
