I was flying up the Rio Puerco basin and I saw this "window" cut into a wall of rock. The opening is 42 ft across, see the shadow of my trike to check the size. It would be a tight fit. I flew over the window.- Winds were calm this morning and we headed straight up the Rio Puerco Valley with few scenic detours. We took a look at the mud water fall, flowing nicely from the summer rains. We continued due north for Pagosa Springs.
- We continued down the Rio Puerco Valley to Belen. We landed around noon and the winds were still light at 8mph, but they would pick up later before we left the hangar....
