We followed the Green downstream down to Mineral Canyon Airstrip. We set up camp there, then headed over to Moab to refuel. We made it back a little before sunset and followed the Green River down stream to Canyonlands, then headed back to Mineral Canyon to call it for the day.Tags: jeffsflightlog jeff_trike xc
- Our tents were already up, so we just ate dinner then crawled into our tents. I spent an hour transferring video from camcorders to my laptop. It felt weird messing with my laptop out here, so I took a picture of it inside my tent. What a great day of flying! Tomorr...

- I saw this raft, with 5 or 6 guys onboard yesterday afternoon, and twice today. I called it the “Huck Finn” raft.

- We headed due east along the northern edge of Canyonlands National Park to the Colorado River side. This fin of rock is below Dead Horse Point State Park and just outside of Canyonlands National Park. It's near the "Caveman Airstrip", if you know where that is.

- We headed downstream along the Colorado River to reach this large double meander in the river is called “The Loop”.
