Alltrikes

The first hour or two we were in familiar territory.  I wanted to check out a mesa with some indian ruins on top I saw earlier in the summer.   I had been back here one other time, but the air was too rough and windy to make a comfortable low pass to take a close look at the ruins.   Today was perfectly calm day.   There are more than 20 rooms on top.  You can see one of the rooms on the right side of the photo.

Over the years, I have spotted the ruins of dozens of indian villages on the top of small defendable "island" mesa.   This was the latest to add to my collection
