Garret you do some awesome flying. How much total cost is it to get a wasp over here. Iam not sure of the conversion rate for the 5500 uk lbs.watching you ridge soar sure brings back some memories.skis were cool.youre production videos are awesome.

And I actuall got an older version of teh wasp cheap. Th eolder version had no clutch and was missing a couple other very important upgrades (like the safety cuttoff on mouth throttle). I updated the mouth throttle with parts from wasp and then build new propeller shaft and updated the reduction and clutch with parts from radne. Mine is now the same as the more modern version.

Ive been looking around on barnstormers, e bay, az and oz classifieds. Ive seen a few mosquitos but no used wasps.  But good things come to those who wait? I saw that with that venom engine that they were getting 650fpm climb at 2.ooo ft msl  thats more like it.

There was a FLPHG harness produced in USA called Hidden Mountain that came with a vitorazzi engine. It was a copy of the wasp. You might be able to get one of those.

I am currently building an e-help it will be my next adventure.

E lift looks pretty dam cool . I wish it had a longer run time.  Many of us here on A/t have been interested in electrics. The e lift video with dan johnson is pretty good. Sky camping is becoming more and more feasable. I remember us talking about sky camping with hang gliders back in the 80s.Garrett let us know of your progress many are interested. Iam off to look for hidden mountain.
