Monty's running commentary on the incident is HERE
BTW Monty, if you want this video not to be seen by EVERYONE in the world, including likely the loquacious one, then edit the video and change the viewing permission from "Public" to "Logged In Members"--- poof, it's gone unless you're a logged in AT member ;)
Nice job Monty! I like hearing your exclamations after the landing, WTF and I'm still here (or something grunted to that effect).
I see now, both the recent goose-steps had water in common-- therefore water causes goose-steps! Therefore if you weigh as much as a goose (or duck) you must be a witch !! Burn her, burn her!!! ( I know there's MONTY Python fans here ... ;)
thanks boss, i don't really care who sees it i can always claim it was't me and i wasn't there! if rabid wants to criticise he'll have to admit hes been watching the GOOD guys site!
of course it's water caused! i don't know what a wet goose weighs nowadays but i'm almost part 103 wt myself so i'm eligble ! i thought i was the only monty python affccionado but there's more of us 'sickys' out there. the spam song, i'm a lumberjack!, ministry of silly walks, dept of arguments etc
i didn't mention but on final i was trying to decide if i wanted my bacon just well done or real crispy! just shows to go you should never un-concentrate when your butt is rain-soaked, your hungry and not quite in the hanger yet.
Jozinko, "Worserer" is not a real English word. Be careful when translating Monty's posts ;)
Not sure about "KPMS," it's not an airport in the US (and PMS is not a good thing (it's a woman thing), or a place I'd like to visit). Chris asked what I meant by my "WTF" reply when he said he was at 8,000 feet in negative 2° C air to avoid the bumps we had at ~1400' MSL (it was really cold where we were, and I certainly wasn't going to go to colder air at 8K for smooth-- I think that was above cloudbase as well, with relatively significant cloud coverage). @FlyHighGlider & @WhiteEagle, do you remember?
Google "PMS" and "WTF" for more definitions. I think you know the 2nd one, and you probably know the first one, just may not have known the English short form for what we've all known about worldwide.
Really goose steps, or better says: "really EMUs steps" showed us Chris in Balranald airport. You can to see it in Megafauna 2014 - The Movie, from Toucan Brothers. Yep, a water has played a major role there too...

A question for XC: WTF you mean as KPMS? :)
yeah joz, what you said, (maybe gosling steps? ) believe me, it felt a lot worse than it looks, if you slow it down it looks a bit more worserer!

Clean TV version of WTF:

Good explanation, XC :)
