    This set up on the pegboard is close to a final layout. (without the peg board...)  Think of my knees next to the radio

    Thanks Ken, my next step is to take it to a avionics shop for a thumbs up before I make the side panels.  Its an easy build.

    Ok it works....  I had to add a resistor to the speaker circuit because I'm not using a cockpit speaker, just a headset, I found a note in the install manual I had missed. Now the trouble is when I listen thru the intercom(AC2EX) it knocks the volume level down to half of what I get without it. Can't figure why?
