NZ is a pretty small place with a fair share of rubbish weather, so XC trips tend to be short, or long but punctuated with stops waiting for the weather to clear. I love mountain and XC flying, and I'm putting a lot of thought into techniques for it. I'm very interested in other's experiences, techniques and advice.
