Jon gains his wings. After much hard work and 29 flying hours, Jon passed his flight test this morning. He had been studying hard and working towards gaining a flight picture for landing for several months, with large gaps in his training. But it all came together, and he was ready to be tested today. As with all other newly licenced pilots, he now has a licence to learn... Well done Jon.
must have just missed you. Well done on passing your licence. They don't come easy with YFT in the back seat. He like to put you through your paces (and rightly so). All the best for your flying in the fur=ture. I hope to see you up at Yarrawonga soon.

The sun came out but the wind picked up. So the girls went flying in winds gusting from 20 to 35kts. They loved it.
