Elk River Fly-in 2013
Well that time of year is quickly approaching! Woo Hoo!!
I think I have dibs on the camping area next to the airstrip for Wed July 31 to Aug 4th. As you all know - there's plenty of room to accommodate everyone. I've even requested two porta-potties to be made available for the occasion. July and Aug typically are hot and when that high pressure system rolls in, morning and evening flights are awesome (unlike last years weather) Wilderness areas north and east, Clearwater river breaks and the Camas Prairie to the south, AND the Palouse rolling wheat fields and Rock Lake lie waiting for us to the west.
So the question is - who's up for a get-together and some spectacular flying?

i never saw this picture wow you dont want to miss this one warms my heart seeing it required you must be down to earth warm smiles fun loving good natured been a long time since i was in the company of such fine people it was such a relief for sonya and i last year, i hope the elk river magic is there again its so good when the goodness of people is so evident at an event :
Remember the days when every group flying photo was a bunch of long haired 20-year old guys and gals. Seriously…who’s gonna still be doing it in 20-30 years? Larry, Abid and a few other old geezers?
