This is a group to discuss trike modifications and improvments that you have performed on your trike, or to find help on how to brainstorm and accomplish the mod you are trying to accomplish.
Legal Note: Modifictions typically refer to Experimental aircraft (ie in the U.S. E-LSA). They are just that-- EXPERIMENTATIONS. Nothing noted here on this website is intended to be actual instruction or guarantee of sutiability / usability for your or any situation, including the one depicted. By attempting to recreate anything mentioned on this site, the user assumes all risk up to and including death. Enlist the help of a competent Aircraft Mechanic (ie A&P). Follow all FAA testing protocol, documentation and test flying procedures. Laws / requirements may vary in your locality / country. PLEASE BE SAFE AND USE GOOD JUDGEMENT. An additional good rule of thumb is not to test/try or modify more than one thing at a time.
S-LSA may occassionally be modified, however the modifications require written approval, documentation, and POH additions from the manufacturer.
