Well I had my first stop running too soon on a no wind launch where I thought I was off the ground, hit the ground and then hit my prop which hit the frame, bent the cage and broke out the netting in three of the four cage pieces. The damage to the prop really was not that bad but it had already been repaired once and not that great to begin with. Well coming of high powered model rocketry and doing lots of work with composites I decided to give it a go. I did cheat and buy John Fitz's "Prop Repair" and "Making Your Own Prop" DVD sets. "
